Crafted from 2.0 – 2.2mm Barton Print Leather, the upper of the Econo-tuff Safety Boot exhibits exceptional strength and durability. The low-cut padded collar not only offers flexibility and movement but also provides valuable support. The vamp lining, composed of a special needled Hi-Tech Fibre blend, effectively absorbs perspiration, resulting in a cooler and more comfortable shoe. Additionally, the quarter lining employs an industrial-quality “cambrelle” type non-woven material known for its excellent abrasion resistance.

The Econo-tuff Safety Boot boasts several features designed to enhance its longevity. The four pairs of “D” rings, constructed from steel, are treated with a corrosion-resistant “gunmetal” coating. The braided polyester yarn lace demonstrates high abrasion resistance, further reinforced by a central core for added strength. The collar padding material, made from closed cell foam, ensures optimal comfort and support.

When it comes to the insole and insock, the Econo-tuff Safety Boot employs a specially developed antistatic non-woven material that provides directional stability, durability, and comfort. The sole, crafted from foamed polyester polyurethane, offers lightweight flexibility and comfort. With a shore hardness of 0.60mm – 0.65mm, the sole delivers excellent slip resistance and durability. Moreover, the polyurethane sole acts as a good insulator against the cold and is heat resistant up to 95º Celsius.

Safety is a top priority with the Econo-tuff Safety Boot. The steel toe cap complies with 20345 specifications, ensuring it can withstand an impact load of 200 joules. Its extra-wide fit accommodates a wide variety of foot sizes, and the boot incorporates five different sizes of toe caps to cover the full range of shoe sizes.

When it comes to packaging, each pair of Econo-tuff Safety Boots is individually packaged in a box, with 10 pairs per size per carton. This ensures convenient and organized distribution.
